Nicole Pardi

Office Manager | Patient Coordinator

Nicole Pardi is our Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. She has worked in the Gynecology field since 2004, beginning as a newly trained medical assistant and rising through the ranks to her present position. She often works “behind the scenes”, taking care of the office financial matters and daily needs. She also spends a large part of her days communicating with women of all ages, from all over the world about all things G-Y-N. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various treatment options offered at our office and can answer any questions you may have regarding your care. Additionally, Nicole has personally undergone genital plastic surgery and has either scrubbed or circulated on more than 700 procedures, making her an invaluable resource to our surgical patients. “I took this job because it’s not your typical doctor’s office. Here, we don’t just treat the problem, we treat the patient. Women often walk out of here a different woman than they were when they walked in. They are happier, healthier, more comfortable and confident. I love seeing that transformation and getting to be a small part of improving their lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at my home in Woodland with my wife, Ashley and our daughter, Jaidyn. I will never turn down a good Netflix binge, but I’m also often found at my local barre studio or on walks with my family and our two crazy, wrinkly English bulldogs, Duke and Maci.”

Raechel Davis

Medical Assistant | Receptionist

Raechel Davis is our Medical Assistant and experienced Receptionist. She has worked in this field since 2012. Raechel is the first friendly face patients see when they enter our office. She handles the majority of our front and back-office duties such as scheduling appointments, completing prescription refills, referrals and chaperoning and assisting the doctor on exams and procedures. Raechel has also scrubbed or circulated on more than 400 procedures. She is warm-hearted, helpful, informative and always smiling. Making our patients feel welcome and comfortable is what she does best!

“When I had my first child, it was then that I knew I wanted a career in the medical field, particularly in women’s health. After learning about our anatomy, I was completely taken with the wide range of options and procedures that existed involving some of the most important aspects of women’s lives. Working here has allowed me to fulfill many of my interests and I am looking forward to expanding my Gynecological knowledge. I truly love and enjoy doing what I do here! On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my children; Justin, Autumn, Tristan, and Rilynn. They definitely keep me on my toes but I feel lucky to have so many different personalities under one household. There is never a dull moment, that’s for sure!”

Abby Reed

Abby Reed is our Registered Nurse. She has worked in women’s health since the beginning of her nursing career. She is a valued resource. Most of her time is spent in our procedure room making sure our patients and providers have everything they need. Communicating and educating our patients regarding the different procedures and treatments offered at our practice is another one of her favorite roles. She also enjoys spending time brainstorming ideas for our social media platforms.

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at home with my husband, and our three boys. I will never turn down a spa day, but I’m also often found at the gym, Starbucks, or on bike rides and walks with my family.”
