4X Growth Factor Concentration
Many systems fail to produce high-quality growth factors during the O-Shot® treatment.
The Magellan® Autologous Concentration System uses patented TRU technology, in order to deliver four times the concentration of naturally-occurring growth factors in blood when compared to other O-Shot® treatments offered in competing clinics.

What is the O-Shot®?
A non-surgical procedure that rejuvenates the vagina and clitoris, the O-Shot® heightens sensations during sexual intercourse, helping women experience more intense orgasms. This treatment uses a woman’s own blood factors to increase clitoral and vaginal (G-spot) arousal and sexual response. The O-Shot® works to improve the flow of blood to the area, increasing skin sensitivity and tissue integrity.
O-Shot® vs G-Shot®
O-Shot® is a trademarked treatment that injects a person’s natural growth factors into the Grafenberg or “G” spot, clitoris and labia. To maintain the results, this procedure will need to be carried out every year.
While the O-shot® utilizes blood growth factors, the G-Shot® is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler which is injected by the physician. During sexual activity, the hyaluronic acid filler makes it easier to locate the G-spot by causing it to expand. G-shot® injections also enhance orgasms and sexual arousal without growth factors; however, the results are not as long-lasting.
Since the filler breaks down in 3-5 months, you may need as many as four injections every year. Women who want their results to last longer can take advantage of the restorative potential of their growth factors and opt for the O-Shot® instead.
How the O-Shot® Helps Women
- Improves sexual desire and drive
- Increases frequency and intensity of orgasms
- Enhances clitoral arousal
- Improves the appearance of the vulva
- Tightens the vaginal walls
- Increases the ability to have vaginal orgasms
- Lessens dyspareunia symptoms (painful intercourse)
- Boosts natural lubrication
- Reduces urinary incontinence
How the O-Shot® Works
The O-Shot® NYC treatment starts by drawing a tiny volume of blood and spinning it in the Magellan Tru system to extract the naturally occurring growth factors. The clitoral and vaginal regions are anaesthetized with a local and topical anaesthetic. Using a fine needle, Dr. Michael then painlessly injects the growth factors into the G-spot region of the vagina.
The whole procedure takes between 40 and 60 minutes, with the majority of that time spent numbing the area to minimize pain. There is no recovery period, and the vast majority of patients may resume their daily activities immediately. As early as a week following treatment, many women note that they have experienced more powerful orgasms.
